Plans to defend a potential ceasefire are being developed in London, and Ukrainian and American delegations will meet in Saudi Arabia to discuss a potential truce. Zelensky called for Putin to end "unnecessary" demands and denounced new drone attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure.
